Improving Vendor Work Order and Invoice Processes
FleetWave is a cloud-based solution that will allow CN to manage its Intermodal and Fleet assets more efficiently in a modern system. It will enable direct interaction with CN and include functionalities such as submitting estimates, documents, and invoices, including payment status, directly within the system.
Service providers who have been invited to use FleetWave for phase one will submit work orders and invoices in FleetWave for cranes and tractors only. Work orders and invoices for containers and chassis will follow standard processes.
