CN's Indigenous Reconciliation Action Plan (IRAP)
CN's IRAP is driven by a commitment to building respectful, sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with all Indigenous Peoples, while ensuring service to our customers. Ultimately, the overarching goal is to be recognized for the strength of these relationships by Indigenous communities, as well as key stakeholders, including customers and governments. This IRAP provides a pathway to achieving this vision in meaningful and authentic ways.
Indigenous Employee Resource Group (ERG)
The Indigenous ERG is a safe space for Indigenous and non-Indigenous employees to share, learn, and grow together around the unique recognitions, relationships and histories that Indigenous Peoples hold. The ERG's mission is to provide an inclusive and accessible workplace by bringing together employees who are passionate about Indigenous Peoples within both CN and the communities we serve.
