DIVERSITY. EQUITY. INCLUSION.
Building an Inclusive Culture

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
CN is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion. We continuously look for ways to build a culture that is welcoming to all. Our diverse perspectives come from our team of railroaders of varying backgrounds, cultures, abilities and perspectives.

We believe that building a respectful, inclusive, and supportive culture is integral to our ability to innovate, make decisions, and to better serve our customers, communities, and the North American economy.
Employee Resource Groups
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) bring together employees who share a common identity, experiences, and interests. CN’s ERGs create a culture of inclusion by providing open forums and safe spaces for employees to meet, advise on opportunities, reach out to communities, and be their authentic selves.

Learn more about CN’s ERGs and how they are supporting diverse groups and encouraging greater inclusion.
