The detention alert report will advise CN's customers that there is currently detention on a unit at a certain moment and time. Detention charges are based on a monthly debit/credit system and charges may vary from the report at month end.
Please ask your CSR or your account manager to get access to the Detention Alert Report.
If you have received detention charges and wish to dispute them, please use eBill to do so. To find more information on detention charges please consult tariff CN 9100.
