A FRA Personal Injury is work-related and includes:

• Fatality
• All lost-time injuries and all modified duty injuries
• Any "minor injury with medical attention" that requires:
  • medical treatment e.g. stitches, staples, casts, physiotherapy, chiropractic treatment, or
  • prescription medication (excluding over-the-counter drugs)
