About Austin Consulting's Selection Criteria

This certification is performed by a reputable and experienced third-party industrial site selection team (Austin Consulting) chosen based on the following set of pre-established criteria:

  • 60 to 1000 acres site, adjacent to rail line and is serviceable by operations
  • Industrial quality road serving the site
  • Capable of serving large electric demand
  • Natural gas available
  • 500,000 gallons water per day
  • 300,000 gallons of wastewater per day
  • Proper zoning and support of municipality
  • Willing landowner
