RSS is a technology that allows you to have updated news from your favourite websites like CN sent to you automatically.

RSS readers grab the RSS feeds from various sites and display them for you to read. By using an RSS reader, you can stay up to date by getting the latest updates from various websites sent to you automatically so you don't have to search these sites for the latest information every time.

How to use RSS

Internet Explorer 7, Firefox and Safari browsers offer RSS subscription capabilities. Browsers that support RSS subscription will indicate that a site has available feed subscriptions by displaying an RSS icon or button in the browser's toolbar or address bar. When you see the RSS button, you can click it to view your subscription options for that site.
