Pad Plan Process
- Track your containers estimated arrival time (ETA).
- Brampton Terminal will post the pad plan by 12 noon day prior to the posted pad plan.
- One of four pad times will be entered - 00:01, 07:00, 12:00 or 18:00 which will update 'Quick Trace".
- Gate Appointment can be reserved on route and then updated after the posted pad time, if required.
- Gate appointments should be created prior to train arrival, incase the traffic goes direct to Pad on arrival.
- Traffic will be worked from train arrival time up to the latest posted pad plan.
Note:
Containers arriving Brampton without a Gate Appointment could be shuttled over to MISC, which will include a $125.00 storage fee.
At the time the containers arrive on the pad a list will be run to identify which containers remain in Brampton account of the gate appointment and which containers get shuttled to MISC.
To avoid the MISC shuttle process a valid gate appointment must be maintained for pick-up in Brampton.
