Changes to Optional Services charges - CN 9000. Sign-up for webinars covering key topics

November 2, 2009 - Further to Jim Foote's letter about changes to our Optional Services tariff, some of which comes into effect December 1st of this year, we will hold webinars covering the key topics and provide more details about the eBusiness tools that will be available.

The webinars will touch on:

• the Car Order process and the delivery of cars
• Asset Use credits when we place the empties late
• how you can determine your local service, and receive advance notice when it changes
• destination asset use rules, which represent a significant change from today's process

November 17, 14:00 - 15:00
November 18, 15:00 - 16:00
November 24, 12:00 - 13:00
November 25, 12:00 - 13:00
