CN to hold annual meeting of shareholders in Calgary on April 21, 2009

MONTREAL, March 27, 2009 — CN (TSX: CNR)(NYSE: CNI) will hold its 2009 annual meeting of shareholders in Calgary, Alta., on April 21, 2009.

The meeting, at The Fairmont Palliser, Crystal Ballroom, 133 9th Avenue S.W., will start at 9 a.m. Mountain time. CN will provide an audio webcast of the proceedings via the Investors section of its website.
