CN and Wayne Gretzky team up for CN Miracle Match in support of Stollery Children's Hospital
MONTREAL, Aug. 3, 2007 — CN (TSX:CNR)(NYSE:CNI) said today it is pleased to announce that hockey superstar and Hall-of-Fame legend Wayne Gretzky has accepted an invitation to attend the CN Canadian Women's Open at Royal Mayfair Golf Club in Edmonton, Alta, to participate in a fund raising pro-am to benefit the Stollery Children's Hospital.
Gretzky will play in the Wednesday August 15th, pro-am with the 2006 defending champion of the CN Canadian Women's Open and 2007 U.S. Women's Open winner Cristie Kerr. CN will auction off the remaining two player spots as well as the chance to be Gretzky's personal caddie for the day. Bids will only be accepted online at www.cnmiraclematch.ca, starting on Friday August 3, 2007. The auction will close at 12 p.m. MT (2 p.m. ET) on Friday August 10th and winners will be announced later that day. All funds raised through the auction will be matched by CN.

Auction Background
An exciting extension has been developed to the CN Miracle Match program. CN , in partnership with Wayne Gretzky and defending CN Canadian Women's Open Champion Cristie Kerr, has made available for auction a once in a lifetime Pro-AM foursome. The Wednesday Championship Pro-AM at the CN Canadian Women's Open in Edmonton on August 15th will feature Wayne and Cristie in a STAR FOURSOME. All proceeds of the auction are to benefit Stollery Children's Hospital as part of CN's Miracle Match program. The following positions will be available for auction:

Go to www.cnmiraclematch.ca and enter the ONLINE AUCTION section by clicking the window off the home page
Step 2:
Enter ‘Auction Items – August' and after reviewing the menu, select an auction item you would like to bid on
Step 3:
At the Auction Details page, click on the ‘Place Bid' button and then click on ‘Register Here' to create your own account. After creating your account, go back into ‘Place Bid' and enter your bid amount. Remember your username and password as it can be reused when you return to the site to bid again
