CN to hold annual meeting of shareholders in Moncton, N.B., on April 24, 2007

Annual Meeting of Shareholders

MONTREAL, March 21, 2007— CN announced today that its 2007 annual meeting of shareholders will be held in Moncton, N.B., on April 24, 2007.

The meeting, at the Delta Beauséjour, Ballroom A, Convention Floor, 750 Main Street, will start at 10 a.m. Atlantic Time. CN will provide an audio webcast of the proceedings via the Investors section of its website, www.cn.ca/investors.

Moncton is an important terminal for carload and intermodal freight on CN's network in Atlantic Canada.

CN also announced today that its Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Management Information Circular, its 2006 Annual Report and 2006 Annual Information Form are available in the Investors section of its website.
