Renewal of tariff CN 1757 canola oil effective November 15th 2009

October 21st, 2009 - Tariff CN 1757, effective Nov 16 2009, has been renewed with the following changes:

• Rates for tank cars < 26,000 gallons contained in CN 1757 will increase approximately 2%.   
• Rates for tank cars > 26,000 gallons will remain unchanged.

Rates valid until February 28, 2010

The price spread between tank car sizes is being harmonized with the spread already in place for all other vegetable oils.
 
Effective immediately - Rates in CN 1757 will be based on actual tank gallonage capacity, as opposed to stenciled gross weight on rail.
