Effective March 2, 2009, Tariff CN 5377 covering movement of Rye is due to expire March 1, 2009. This tariff will be renewed effective March 2nd for 4 months with the following increases:

• All rates to eastern Canada to increase 7%
• All rates to Winona and Hastings, MN with a CN/CP routing to increase by $90 to $130/car.
• All other rates in this tariff will be extended at their present levels.
