CN's Passport 2011 - Optional Services, Your Way

We are very pleased to introduce our new PASSPORT 2011, a simple and clear listing of the changes to our Optional Services that will come into effect January 1, 2011. 

Our customers have contributed immensely to this new edition. Over the last few years, we have received consistent feedback from our customers. You have asked us to listen to your day-to-day challenges and work with you to design a simpler Optional Services product with clear guidelines. From these discussions, we have also learned from your successes and want to share these with our larger customer base.

We recognize that there's no single formula. Each customer and industry is unique and each has its own set of challenges, which is why we look forward to building on this first edition.

A big thank you to all of our customers who participated in putting this first edition of the Catalogue together.  It is a collaborative document with built-in flexibility to allow us to continue to address questions and suggestions from our customers as we move forward.  It is by working with you and listening to your needs that we will continue to find innovative ways to improve our services to you.
