October 22, 2010 - Effective October 22, 2010, The US Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) requires that the name of the company  that has registered with an Emergency Response Provider (ERI) be identified on the shipping paper (EDI 404 transmission)  if that party is other than the shipper of record.
