Amendment to tariff CN 1556 corn effective December 1st 2009

November 16, 2009 - Tariff CN 1556, effective December 1 2009, is being amended with the following changes: 

• Elimination of all obsolete rates, defined as any rates that have not moved traffic since January of 2008.  
• Change the rate structure from two rate columns (one RR and one PVT) to four rate columns (RR <=5150 cu ft; RR>5150 cu ft; PVT<=5150 cu ft; PVT>5150 cu ft).
• Increase all rates on traffic destined to the GEXR shortline, incorporating increases taken by the GEXR.
