We appreciate that this can be a frustrating experience, which is why we strive to make the claims process as quick and painless as possible.
Have a claim?
If we have caused damage to your goods, we will make it right. The easiest way to let us know about a claim is to use our
Freight Claims tool makes it easy to:
- Report damages
- Provide an intent to claim
- Submit a claim
- Check current claims activity
NOTE: To place a claim online, you must be a registered eBusiness user with access to the Freight Claims tool.
Once a claim is submitted, the whole process takes only three steps to get resolved. See the chart below to get a better idea of what’s involved in settling claims:
Please make sure you have the following information available before you file a claim online:
- Damage notification or intent to claim must be submitted within four months of your product arriving at final destination
- If additional information is required, we will use the name and contact number that you enter on the claims web site as our point of contact
