We do not tolerate discrimination in any form and hold CN executives responsible for the enforcement of the provisions of our Human Rights Policy in Canada and Equal Employment Opportunity legislation in the United States.
Anti-Harassment Policy
CN is committed to providing a non-discriminatory, harassment-free work environment. The CN Prohibited Harassment, Discrimination and Anti-Retaliation Policy (U.S.) and the Harassment-Free Environment Policy(Canada) prohibit harassment based on age, colour, disability, family status, gender, language spoken, national or ethnic origin, marital status, pardoned conviction, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
The policy extends to our dealings with customers, suppliers and contractors. We respond promptly to all complaints and work to ensure they are resolved quickly and confidentially.
