CN will take all reasonable steps to respond appropriately, promptly and consistently to violations of this Code and prevent further situations.
Reporting Accounting and Auditing Matters
Anyone who wishes to express concerns about potential or real wrongdoing in terms of accounting or auditing should use one of the following :

All matters brought to our attention through these procedures will be examined by CN's Board of Directors.
Reporting Other Violations
If you believe that someone associated with CN (including employees, suppliers, vendors, contractors, etc.) has violated a provision of our Code, you are expected to bring the matter in good faith to the attention of CN's Ombudsman by mail, telephone, e-mail or in person.
