"In redesigning the 14th floor we followed LEED-compliant standards, with lower panel heights allowing more natural light, deeper into our space. We specified materials that were manufactured locally and finishes with low VOC emissions and high re-cycle content. . Due to our open floor plan, demolition debris was minimised and those materials that were removed were re-cycled, including more than 17,000 pounds of carpet and more than 90% of our old furniture."
