Name: Caroline Guimond
I started my career as a Help Desk analyst, moved on to second level support, and also provided desk side support on a contract basis. I moved on to work on the automated software deployment initiative for Windows 95/NT and then was recruited onto the XP project. When that work was completed, three-years ago, I was hired as a CN employee.
My role
Today I am part of the Workstation Team where I do some third level support, software packaging, software and security patch deployment/management, and also support our Software Distribution Portal. As well, I configure and manage CN policies applied on our XP workstations.
My team
The Workstation team is a dynamic group, responsible for the architecture and maintenance of our CN Desktop. We thrive on finding new ideas to continue improving it.
