It all begins with a single idea! Our Solutions Delivery Team then takes it to conception beginning with design and architecture, and then handing it off to a project team to take it to completion.

Included in their portfolio of dynamic projects is a large SAP component. CN's SAP initiative went live in 1999. Today we are SAP's global lighthouse account for freight railways, working with the German-based technology leader on a variety of exciting new initiatives to drive greater efficiencies throughout our operations.

Organizational Structure

The team is organized into practices, and resources are assigned to different initiatives as required.
