Ensuring that our applications and computing network is always available and consistently reliable is what the Application & Infrastructure team does best.
We call it "keeping the lights on." It starts with monitoring the availability of our systems, ensuring adequate performance to meet service levels, restoring services when unplanned outages occur, and goes on to include enhancing existing CN systems and applications with regular maintenance and upgrades.
