CN recognizes the Power of Diversity! That is why the Diversity Leadership Council ("DLC") was launched in November 2001. The members of the DLC represent regions and functions across CN, and are a mix of men and women from diverse backgrounds.

The DLC's mandate is to identify opportunities for increasing the representation of diverse groups across CN functions - diverse both in terms of personal diversity (gender, racial background) and diversity of experience. The DLC champions diversity issues by raising awareness on the value of diversity in the workforce, and by facilitating the sharing of best practices and programs that support diversity.

Diversity is an approach to business that lets CN attract, develop and retain the best talent to make us the best transportation company in North America.
