As part of the federal regulatory process under the Canadian Transportation Agency, CN is required to inform and consult with the public on the proposed CN Calgary Logistics Park. Input received and CN's responses will be included in the submission to the Canadian Transportation Agency scheduled for July 2010.
A public open house was held in Chestermere, Alberta on April 7, 2010 to inform about the proposed facility.
A second public open house was held in Chestermere, Alberta on June 23, 2010. This event provided results of engineering and environmental studies conducted as part of the Environmental Impact Assessment required by the Canadian Transportation Agency as well as CN's responses to the inquiries and comments received from the public.
